Privacy notice
Your details, kept simple.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This notice explains what we do with the details you give us on dadbodworks.com. It covers this website only. The dadbod app will have its own privacy notice, which you'll see before you sign up in the app.
Who we are
dadbod is run by [YOUR NAME OR COMPANY NAME], [YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS]. We're responsible for your personal data under UK data protection law. You can reach us any time at support@dadbodworks.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up for launch news.
- Whether you ticked that you're a PT or coach interested in The Gaffer.
- Anything you choose to tell us if you email us.
We don't ask for anything else on this website, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
What we use it for
- To email you when dadbod launches, including the launch offer.
- To send you occasional news, shop drops and tips about dadbod.
- If you ticked The Gaffer, to tell you about the plan for PTs and coaches when it's ready.
- To reply when you contact us.
We do this because you asked us to by signing up (your consent). You can change your mind any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us and we'll remove you.
Who helps us
- Netlify hosts this website and receives the sign-up form. Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States, so your details may be processed there, with safeguards in place as required by UK law.
- [YOUR EMAIL MARKETING SERVICE] sends our emails, if we use one. We'll name it here before we send our first email.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site. Your browser asks Google's servers for them, which means Google sees your IP address. Google doesn't set cookies for this.
We never sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you never open or act on our emails, we'll remove you within 2 years of your last activity.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, object to how we use them, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just email support@dadbodworks.com. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If the change matters, we'll email you about it.
